Cinerari Contracting is a Melbourne-based civil concrete subcontractor delivering Form-Reo-Pour (FRP), structural concrete and supporting civil works for head contractors across rail, water, education and infrastructure projects throughout Victoria.

From hands-on site experience to specialist civil delivery

Cinerari Contracting was founded by trade-qualified Construction Supervisor Luke Cinerari, building on experience across civil and structural construction, rail, mechanical works, commercial fit-out and large-scale project delivery.



The business was established to provide Form-Reo-Pour and civil carpentry packages to the construction market and has grown from Luke working directly on the tools into a civil concrete subcontractor supporting Tier 1 and Tier 2 head contractors.


Today, Cinerari Contracting combines a skilled site workforce with project engineering, project management, finance, systems and business growth support to coordinate concrete and supporting civil packages across Melbourne and regional Victoria.

We keep the process clear from the first set of drawings through to completion, with project requirements reviewed and key planning completed before mobilisation.
