Documentation prepared before works begin

Every Cinerari Contracting project is supported by documentation appropriate to the scope and site requirements.


Project-specific documentation includes:

  • Safety Management Plans
  • Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS)
  • Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs)
  • Construction methodologies where required
  • Personnel and competency records
  • Plant and equipment documentation
  • Required project and site induction records


These documents are prepared ahead of mobilisation and maintained through controlled project systems.

Structured systems supporting safe and controlled delivery

Cinerari Contracting operates a documented Integrated Management System covering safety, quality and environmental management across its operations.


Supporting registers are maintained for:

  • Plant and rigging
  • Test and tag
  • Fixed assets
  • Risk management using a 5×5 matrix
  • Training and competency
  • Incident reporting


Documentation is controlled, version-managed and available to head contractors where required as part of project onboarding and compliance processes.

At the Sunbury RWP sludge tank project, works were completed within a Class B confined-space environment on a live water treatment asset.


At Melbourne Water’s Preston Analyser Site, Cinerari Contracting supplied the required methodology, SWMS, ITP, personnel and ticket records and project inductions within the SFP Joint Venture compliance framework.

RIW-accredited crews for rail environments

All Cinerari Contracting site personnel currently hold Rail Industry Worker accreditation, supporting deployment into V/Line and metropolitan rail environments.

Our rail experience includes works delivered under defined possession and occupation constraints, including overnight and weekend shifts.


At the V/Line Seymour Bridge project, Cinerari Contracting delivered structural concrete and FRP works through a 17-day consecutive occupation, mobilising additional RIW-accredited personnel at short notice to support the required programme.

Previous works at Allansford included 18 pile caps formed, reinforced and poured within a one-week active-corridor window.

Sunbury College

Cinerari Contracting delivered a $500k+ Form-Reo-Pour package at Sunbury College, including reinforced concrete ground beams, tiered seating and associated concrete works within an active school campus.

Melbourne Water Preston Analyser

Reinforced concrete slab extension for SFP Joint Venture at Melbourne Water’s Preston Analyser Site, supporting new electrical infrastructure within a live utility asset.

Toolern Waters Primary School

Civil carpentry, earthworks and concrete delivered for Wamarra at Toolern Waters Primary School, including 30 modular shelters and sleeper boardwalk construction.
