At Sunbury College, Cinerari Contracting delivered a $500k+ lump-sum FRP package for Hutchinson Builders, including five reinforced concrete ground beams, approximately 55 m³ of concrete and approximately 14 tonnes of reinforcement across the ground beams and tiered seating structure.

The project was delivered within an operating school campus, with staged access and coordination around the wider programme and surrounding trades.
