Integrated civil works for a new school environment

Cinerari Contracting was engaged to deliver specialist landscape and civil elements as part of the Toolern Waters Primary School project.

The package brought carpentry, earthworks and concrete works together through one crew, allowing the team to coordinate multiple elements of the scope without introducing unnecessary trade interfaces.

Works were delivered against a fixed handover programme within the wider education project.
