The $500k+ lump-sum FRP package included five reinforced concrete ground beams, approximately 55 m³ of concrete across ground beams and blinding, and approximately 14 tonnes of reinforcement across the beams and tiered structure. The original works and subsequent additions were completed on time and without cost overruns.
